The four contemporary and relaxing bedrooms are all on the same level, accessed easily from the spacious hallway and all are beautifully finished. In addition to the superb accommodation, the outside is a real feature with a well-thought-out decking area complete with a hot tub set into the deck as the central feature. There is also an outside table set for al fresco meals and sun loungers. The top garden has seating on a raised decked area with glass balustrade optimising uninterrupted views of the coastline and sea. Here you can relax and enjoy a glass of wine in the sunshine and plan your next day’s adventure, out and about in this beautiful part of Devon. The house also has a small patio area (shared entrance) on the lower part of the lawn.
The property is located half a mile up the hill from Ilfracombe's main High Street, with its wide choice of restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops, the harbour and other town attractions are just beyond this. A trip out in the car will be a must for those looking for spectacular coastal scenery, sandy beaches, rugged coves and inspiring coastal and Exmoor walks.
