It will be hard to tear yourself away from the beautiful bay window at The Hollies as you gaze out at the stunning panoramic sea views and rolling countryside towards Hillsborough Hill. Stylishly presented, this contemporary apartment is just perfect for couples who enjoy high quality accommodation and an edge of town location. With a south facing private rear decked patio you can eat al fresco in the sunshine or simply relax and enjoy your well earned break. A fifteen minute stroll will take you down to the picturesque harbour and great selection of restaurants, pubs and shops. You can take a boat trip to Lundy Island or check out the Landmark Theatre to see the shows on offer. The spacious living / dining room with attractive fireplace and excellent sea views has comfortable seating- ideal for relaxing after a busy day. A modern well equipped kitchen provides everything you could need. The double bedroom features a wall mounted flat screen TV and a French door out onto the rear patio.

Accommodation: 12 external steps up to main entrance. Ground floor: Hall. Living/dining room with 49" TV with freeview, DVD, iPod Dock CD player and electric fire. Kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Bedroom with Double and wall mounted TV with freeview. Bathroom with bath, fitted shower over bath, WC and basin.

Facilities and Services: Linen and Towels.  Highchair and travel cot. Gas CH. Wi-Fi Broadband. No smoking. Regret no pets. Bath robes. Patio furniture. Ample parking space at the front of the apartment. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Friday.


The accommodation was superb it was like being in someone's home with quality furnishings rather that a holiday let. Good location with view of the sea. Parking outside the flat, good bus service and stunning walks nearby. We stayed for a week New Year a perfect winter break.

We loved our stay, the location and property were excellent, very clean and tidy. We had a lovely chocolate cake left for us which we enjoyed. We are considering coming back again next year and have made sure to tell all our friends and family all about it. We haven't stopped talking about it since we got back!
