The most stunning panoramic sea views await you at Ocean Side, a spacious apartment set close to the water's edge in this popular coastal town. Just a short stroll from the pretty harbour area, Landmark Theatre, Tunnels Beaches and a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. Forming part of a striking Victorian Terrace, a few steps lead up to the front entrance of this ground floor apartment. The spacious comfortable living room with huge bay windows looks out over a fabulous sea vista. For out of season breaks the waves crashing onto the rocks below is a truly spectacular sight. The well equipped kitchen with large dining table is ideal for leisurely family meals. Being on two floors, stairs lead down to the two bedrooms. The master bedroom enjoys amazing sea views and has patio doors. Both bedrooms are served by a modern bathroom. The lower ground floor is level with the rear communal terrace which stretches right to the ocean's edge (although it is recommended that young children need to be supervised on the terrace, there is a good barrier between the terrace and the steep drop). Perfect for couples or families, Ocean Side is a welcoming comfortable holiday home and an ideal base from which to explore this wonderful part of North Devon.

Kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. Lower ground floor Bedroom 1 with double and patio doors. Bedroom 2 with Twin. Bathroom with bath and fitted shower over bath, WC and basin.
