A fourth floor apartment on Ilfracombe's promenade with outstanding views to Capstone Hill and out to sea, with Wildersmouth beach opposite. Laminate flooring and contemporary stylish furnishings complement the open plan living room with kitchen and breakfast bar. Patio doors open onto the balcony area with a fantastic sea view and covered canopy, a real bonus. The compact twin enjoys views towards Capstone Hill and a glimpse of the sea. The bedrooms are served by a large spacious bathroom.  Games and toys are provided along with fishing rods, tackle and beach games for children young and old! Within a short drive there is a lot to see and do in the area, with shops, pubs and restaurants literally on the doorstep. The Landmark Theatre opposite runs a varied entertainment programme. Alternatively you can just sit, relax and watch the world go by.

Very comfortable and extremely well equipped apartment. Parking very tight for a large vehicle and bathroom is looking tired. Would recommend and would stay again.
