This stylish first floor holiday apartment is set right in the heart of the popular coastal town of Ilfracombe. If you are looking for a well-deserved week off with your family or partner, or a sociable long weekend away with friends, the apartment is a real treat. Set amongst bars, restaurants and quirky independent shops and galleries, with the pretty harbour easily accessible. Here you can enjoy the harbour side to its full potential which boasts Damien Hirst's famous sculpture 'Verity'. Keen ramblers can readily access the South West Coast Path that meanders along the stunning coastline to Exmoor, in one direction, and towards the award winning Woolacombe beach in the other. The North Devon coast line is packed full of wonderful things to do and places to see and Apartment Twenty Eight is the perfect bolt hole from which to explore.

From the well-presented hallway, stairs lead up past the clean, modern bathroom on the half landing and onto the first floor where the attractive living/kitchen/dining space is to be found. In front of the bay window you will find a comfortable sofa and easy chair, a wall mounted 50” Smart TV with Netflix and also a Blu-Ray DVD and radio. The dining table is conveniently located for you.

The kitchen is well equipped and has a breakfast bar with two stools. A highchair is also available for your use.  It’s the perfect place for those wanting to indulge their culinary credentials and with a full size dishwasher there’s no need to worry about the washing up. Mind you with the choice of quality local eateries on offer you might well take a break from cooking for at least part of your stay! The rear door by the kitchen area leads out to a small roof top terrace with solar lights and seating, providing another cosy, relaxing space in which to enjoy your stay.

The bedrooms are on the second floor, the beautifully presented master bedroom with painted floor boards has a King size bed and also benefits from its own en suite shower room. The second bedroom is a comfortable twin, both bedrooms have blackout blinds. ‘
