This impressive detached dormer bungalow is located in a quiet lane just off the esplanade. Only a stone's throw from the waterfront and dune backed sandy beach of the famously charming village of Instow that offers glorious views across to the picturesque fishing village of Appledore.  Spacious, attractively furnished and well equipped throughout and with delightful gardens this is a great property for enjoying pure relaxation or as a base for active pursuits. A front hall leads into a spacious and attractive living/dining room with very comfortable furnishing and a flame effect gas fire for those cooler evenings.  A very large and superbly appointed kitchen/breakfast room leads off the dining area with a high apex ceiling and cross beams. Large windows overlook the garden and French doors lead onto a raised, decked area and provide a wonderful outdoor space for enjoying meals with family and friends.  A bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms (one with sea glimpses) with en suite shower rooms on the first floor makes this property ideal for couples wishing to enjoy a holiday with friends or families looking for great facilities. Good sized fully enclosed gardens surround the bungalow and make this property even more special. There is a pea-gravelled front garden area and a good sized suntrap garden to the rear including a decked patio overlooking a large pond with fish ( young children will require supervision). Instow offers a good selection of Inns and restaurants and is a fine location for walking and cycling with direct access onto the Tarka Trail which runs parallel with the estuary offering miles of scenic, level pathways. The comprehensive market town amenities of Barnstaple and Bideford and dramatic National Trust coastal footpaths toward and beyond Clovelly are less than a 10 minute scenic drive.

Bathroom with bath, shower over , WC and basin. First floor: Bedroom 2 with King and en suite shower room with WC and basin. Bedroom 3 with Double and en suite shower room with WC and basin.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels.  Travel cot. Gas CH, Wi-Fi Broadband. No smoking. Regret no pets. Garden furniture. BBQ.  Care should be taken with young children due to garden pond.  Off road parking for 2 cars. No short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday
