A gem of a cottage! Very well equipped, well maintained, much bigger than I thought with the most wonderful views from the front windows. The bed was also incredibly comfy too! The location is idyllic but with easy access to surrounding towns. We had the most wonderful stay and the welcome hampers were a lovely touch.

Ms L,

We loved it here - high quality and perfect location

Ms R,

We all had such a perfect relaxing break at Driftwood cottage. The location is simply stunning, the village oh so quaint, the nearby beaches all within walking distance and the cottage is very special and so well equipped - everything we could have hoped for! Staying here was such a joy, honestly none of us (dog included) wanted to leave.

Mrs A,

What a find! Driftwood is a beautiful, well equipped cottage in a wonderful location. With great walks from the front door we were happy to park the car and only used it once during the week for a trip to Ilfracombe. It was our first stay in Mortehoe, but it won't be the last.

Mrs W,

We very much enjoyed our stay at Driftwood Cottage. It was spotless on arrival; was very well equipped; had an amazing shower in the main en-suite and all this with a view to die for. Would highly recommend.

Mrs S,

We had the most amazing week, beautiful surroundings, views and the great time we all had. Wandering around all the spectacular walks on our doorstep , Our Dog had the time of his life and enjoyed his first time at the beach . The house was welcoming ,beautifully decorated, clean and we would come back again.

Mrs J,

Driftwood Cottage was beautiful inside and out. Fantastic views from the bay window and front patio. All you need to enjoy the outside by the sea, body boards, barbeque and beach chairs. Treats for both human and dog was a lovely, especially the bubble. Lovely memories thanks Marsden and Driftwood.

Mrs P,

Stayed in Driftwood Cottage for a week in early June 2021. Beautiful location in Mortehoe. Lovely, surprisingly spacious cosy cottage. Everything super clean and spotless on our arrival. Really nicely presented with lovely décor, plus all the facilities, accessories and bits that you may need for your stay. Beds really comfy and welcoming after a few long hikes across the cliffs. A welcome hamper was waiting for us on our arrival which was a nice touch, plus small bottle of fresh milk in the fridge. Could not fault the place.. just so sad to leave !

Mr T,

Excellent location of the cottage, with good sea views to the front. Excellent standard of cleanliness throughout. All equipment and furnishings of a very high standard, including a large and comfortable bed. Lovely to have an en-suite, as well as a full bathroom, such an advantage. We really enjoyed our week at 'Driftwood'.

Mr C,

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this delightful cottage. The standard of cleanliness was extremely high and there was everything we needed. How lovely it was to sit outside watching the sun go down with a glass of wine. We will return.
