A really lovely place, where the owners have clearly thought about what people might want and need in a holiday property. Very nice to be treated like a grown up and have sensible numbers of things that we might need be left for us. All told, a really great place.

Great apartment in a super location. Beds really comfortable and we loved all the extras. The PS4 was very useful given the awful weather. Thank you for everything.

The property was fine except for the bathroom and on suite. They look good in your photos but once the shower was used by one person the entire room, including the toilet were awash with water, however carefully used. The bathroom handheld shower unit did not pull free or work correctly, thus causing problems, which had already been noted in the Read morevisitors book sometime ago, but no action taken. Hide

Amazing location!! Apartment perfect!! A week wasn't enough and I am sure we will be back again. Woolacombe beach and Saunton Sands are beautiful, perfect for our little dog to have so much fun. Quince honey farm is a great day out too. We would most certainly recommend both Mortehoe and this apartment to friends and family. Thank you so much.

A very different feel to our normal 'cottage' holiday - but very much enjoyed the comfort and feel of the lovely apartment Great location for circular walks to Lee (the Grampus Inn does lovely food and to Croyde via Baggy Point - both very much recommended. Shame no dogs in Croyde beach until October, but loved the Sandy Bay Beach, near Lee via theRead more Smugglers Path. More locally walked the Mortehoe paths several times - great scenery and spectacular views - and the cross country walks to Woolacombe too with good coffee at Beachcombers Cafe with views down over Woolacombe beach. Shall be recommending Rockham and Mortehoe to friends back in Bristol and beyond. Hide

Thank you so much for our lovely stay, the apartment is absolutely gorgeous. We took full advantage of the kitchen and had cheese and crackers every day just to use up the amazing chutney! The walks in Mortehoe are stunning and definitely worth it, especially for the views. The village itself is also wonderfully quaint and there were so many beacRead morehes for us to choose from. Overall we have loved being back down Devon after so long (4 years) and can't wait to come again. Hide

Our return visit and it didn't disappoint. If you can't manage the headland there's always the tractor/trailer rides with a guide on board - one to Morte point, the other to the lighthouse. Thank you so much....we will be back again.

We have enjoyed a lovely stay in this gorgeous apartment. Thank you for all the treats (best chutney I have every tasted) for us and our dog. Lots to do, especially if you enjoy walking. We would heartily recommend the walk to Lee Bay, lunch in the pub and then a bracing walk back along the coastal path. Croissants from the campsite shop were dRead moreelicious and baked fresh each morning. Thanks for having us. Hide
