There is an additional seating area with BBQ perfect to enjoy al fresco meals on the long summer nights. On the first floor is the comfortable King size bedroom with ample storage. An additional Twin beds with zip n link option to Superking bed, with en-suite are also located on this level, this room overlooks out onto the garden.  The cottage is within a short drive or 20 minutes walk of Northam Burrows Country Park and Nature Reserve and just a few minutes further to the surfing beach and resort facilities at Westward Ho! or the colourful fishing village of Appledore. Easy access to the Tarka Trail perfect for those who enjoy exploring the wonderful South West Coastal path.

Newly installed fitted kitchen, fully equipped with a gas hob, integral electric oven and grill, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge. There is a fridge freezer in the outbuilding. Fitted bathroom with wash basin, W.C., heated towel rail, shower and oversize bath. First floor: Spacious master bedroom with a king size bed, wooden wardrobe providing ample storage space for clothes with an additional dressing table, mirror and chair. Vintage bedside tables with individual lighting. Bedroom 2 Twin beds with zip n link option to Superking (made as superking on request), built in wardrobe, bedside tables with lamps and en-suite toilet with handbasin.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels). WiFi provided. Two pets allowed.

Parking: No dedicated space, however ample road parking available at front of property, also to rear and across road.
