Welcome to the UK's best beach (once more!) - named by travellers two years running in the TripAdvisor reviews.

The three-mile stretch of sand, with Putsborough Beach at one end and Woolacombe Beach at the other, is ideal for surfers with its rolling, unbroken surf. In addition, the sheer length of the beach means there is no shortage of golden sand to sit down and relax on during the summer. Approached by country lanes, Clifton Court overlooks the glorious beach at Putsborough, two miles from Croyde and three miles from Woolacombe.  Both villages have a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. The apartments in Clifton Court are arranged on four levels, access is on level three and all are approached by a variable number of steps depending on the location, detailed information is available on request. There are designated parking spaces for each apartment together with limited additional guest parking. All of the apartments have individual views over the sands stretching from Baggy Point to Morte Point. A lane at the side of the building leads to the beach and guests have full use of the indoor heated swimming pool. Putsborough Beach is sheltered by cliffs and ideal for swimming and surfing. During the main season a beach shop and cafe provides refreshments.

Taking full advantage of this wonderful location, this well presented apartment provides some appealing extras! The spacious open plan living room has comfortable sofas positioned to capture the panoramic views and a well equipped galley style kitchen sits to the rear. Patio doors provide access out onto  the private paved terrace, the largest on the complex. To the front, off the living room, you will find the double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, enjoying coastal and sea views with patio doors to the terrace. Two further bedrooms are located to the rear.  The second bedroom with twin beds. The third bedroom is a small single. Children are made welcome with a selection of toys and books. This apartment has truly an all year round appeal.

Accommodation: Steps down to Level 1 Open plan living/kitchen/dining area with  BT Vision  Apple TV and iPod sound system. Kitchen area with electric oven, halogen hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. A tumble dryer is available in the Clifton Court utility area for a small charge. Bedroom 1 with Superking and ensuite bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, WC, bidet and basin. Bedroom 2 with Twin with zip'n' link option to Superking on request and ensuite shower room with WC and basin  leading to Sauna (small charge for the sauna). Bedroom 3 with Single (suitable for children as bathroom accessed only through other bedrooms)
