Saunton Sett (Norboro) is a wonderful family residence offering uninterrupted views over Saunton Golf course and Braunton Burrows. This impressive detached property is a wonderful holiday home with all the modern requirements for large families or groups of friends, looking to enjoy the lovely beaches, golf courses and village amenities closeby.

The property has recently undergone a 'facelift' with co-ordinating colours and refurnished throughout . The welcoming entrance hall with tiled floor provides plenty of space to store coats, shoes and beach bags. Two living rooms sit at the front of the property and therefore benefit from lovely views across the burrows and Saunton Golf Course. At the end of the hall there is the good sized fully equipped kitchen, and separate dining room with large table seating 8, perfect for family meals together. A handy utility room with a ground floor shower room and separate WC.  A garage provides plenty of space to store buckets, spades, surfboards, bikes and much more, 

Carpeted stairs lead up to the spacious landing, which has a juliet style balcony to the front (doors locked) with magnificent views over the golf course and the burrows. Two double rooms are located to the front of the property and therefore share the same views across the golf course and burrows. A further two twin rooms are located at the rear of the property, one with an ensuite shower/WC and separate hand basin, there is an additional shower room with WC and a large family sized bathroom.

Outside there is a large driveway and raised lawned area with table and chairs. This property really has it all when looking for a large house for a relaxing family holiday and being just a 10 minute walk along a beach path to the beautiful Saunton beach it really is in the perfect location. Croyde, Woolacombe and Putsborough beaches are all within an easy drive and the village of Braunton with its shops, pubs, restaurants and takeaways is only just over 2 miles. The busier market town of Barnstaple is about 20 minutes drive and here you will find larger supermarkets, cinema, theater and an array of shops and places to eat.
