This beautiful brand-new home only just completed, has been thoughtfully designed and equipped to a high standard offering a light and airy contemporary living space.  Situated conveniently for the blue flag beach at Westward Ho! which is ideal for surfing and dog walking in winter or summer with the coastline offering dramatic views and famous for its unique pebble ridge.   The properties all have private access to the Northam Burrows which is known for its flora and fauna and is home to all sorts of birds and wildlife, and close to Skern an intertidal salt marsh recognised for its biodiversity.  Westward Ho! with its historic golf club being one of the oldest in the country and regarded as the St Andrews of the South with its renowned links course.  This popular seaside town has plenty to offer with an array of restaurants, pubs and tea rooms all within an easy walk from your holiday home.

Head to the first floor and this large elegant open plan kitchen/diner and lounge with skylights, windows and bi-fold doors opening onto the balcony provides a light and airy spacious feeling, this provides a seating area overlooking the countryside ideal for chilling out after the day on the beach.  The kitchen area is set out with bright white units and all the appliances you need to make your culinary dishes, here you have your dining area with an extendable table.  The lounge area with large corner sofa and easy chairs provides a comfortable social space with a large Smart TV and DVD player, fibre optic Wi-Fi and stereo system.

52 Greenway is a Luxury holiday cottage definitely 5 Star with high quality furnishing and everything and more you could wish for. The open planned lounge kitchen area perfect to open bi folding patio doors onto balcony area to listen to sea and watch the sunsets. Have not stayed in a better cottage in UK. Would highly recommend to anyone who enjoys luxury accommodation a stone throw from 2 mile Sandy beach of Westward Ho.
