Coco Beach is on a select development of modern beach villas offering a spacious and well-designed holiday home with superb fixtures and fittings and including its own outdoor hot tub for 5.  Presented in an attractive contemporary style the house offers a spacious first floor, open plan, living space with high apex ceiling.  Large windows on this level allow light to stream in from all directions including floor to ceiling bi-fold doors that open out onto a glazed balcony overlooking the patio garden.  The kitchen window offers views of the sea towards Baggy Point.  This first floor space provides an area where all the family can feel included and where you can enjoy preparing meals in the well equipped kitchen and join family and friends around the large dining table.  Three good sized and attractive bedrooms can be found on the ground floor. At the rear two bedrooms each have Kingsize beds, ensuites and bi-fold doors leading out into the fully enclosed patio garden.  The third bedroom is at the front of the house and offers flexible sleeping with Twin beds that can be converted to a Superking on request. A family bathroom is also on this level.  The rear patio garden offers a large private hot tub for 5, barbeque and an outdoor tap (shower to be installed in May 2021) as well as an ideal spot to enjoy outdoor dining or just relaxing in the evening after active days in this wonderful part of North Devon.

This superb beach villa is in an ideal coastal location within an easy walk of the famous pebble ridge backed, Blue Flag beach of the popular resort of Westward Ho! All the amenities of this large village are just a few minutes level walk away and includes a choice of pubs, restaurants, tea rooms and individual shops. On one side of the pebble ridge lies Northam Burrows Country Park which is part of the North Devon Biosphere. This Site of Special Scientific Interest with its sand dunes, salt marsh, grass land and rocky shore, is home to a wide variety of wildlife and is a wonderful place for walkers and nature lovers. There are great opportunities to enjoy the outdoor life and sports in Westward Ho! and surrounding area including, surfing, kite surfing, tennis, canoeing and golf.  The Royal North Devon Golf Club, the oldest golf course in England is just a couple of minutes’ walk away. The spectacular coastline and hinterland of North Devon offers many other opportunities to experience fantastic vistas, wonderful walks and family adventures with a choice of spectacular beaches, pretty villages and shopping in historic market towns or modern malls.

Facilities: Linen and towels, Gas underfloor CH. Wi Fi broadband.  No smoking. 2 pets welcome.  Hot tub for 5 and outdoor tap(outdoor shower will be available from May 2021). Garden sofas for 6 and dining table. Gas barbeque. Private parking for 2 cars on driveway. Short breaks available.   Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.


This holiday property definitely exceeded all of our expectations. The property was well equipped with even the smallest of everyday household items you don’t even think about. Truly no expense was spared as this holiday property was 5 Star and beautifully presented. We cannot recommend Marsdens enough!

Great property. Well designed and one of the best equipped rentals we have experienced. Very comfortable. Location is good too about 10 mins walk to the great Westward Ho beach. Westward Ho is not the nicest resort on the coast but the property more that makes up for that. All in all we had a great holiday in this lovely house.
