Switch off and enjoy a wonderful seaside holiday at this family-friendly apartment in a brilliant location on Woolacombe’s pretty Esplanade with a reverse layout to make the most of the incredible ocean views, and please note access is via stairs. With three beaches nearby, you and your four-legged family members will love it here.

The spacious apartment has contemporary interiors and has been furnished with style and attention to detail. The living space is on the first floor, a bright, light room with comfy seating, a massive Smart TV, and a dining area with doors out to the small, decked balcony. There’s a spacious kitchen for rustling up delicious meals, with luxurious extras like the Nespresso coffee machine for your morning cuppa. One of the double bedrooms is on the first floor, the other double is on the ground floor down the open tread wooden staircase. You can watch TV in bed in both chic bedrooms; both also have en-suite bathrooms. Outside, sit on the balcony with a glass of something and watch the spectacular sunset over the ocean.

The apartment is in an excellent location for enjoying Woolacombe’s pubs, shops, and restaurants. Spend the day on Woolacombe beach, it has nearly 3 miles of golden sands and is a great spot for swimming, bodyboarding, and surfing the Atlantic waves. There are two smaller sandy coves at Barricane beach (beneath The Esplanade) and Combesgate beach perfect for rock pooling. Explore the coastline and stunning scenery along the South West Coast Path to Morte Point (2 miles) for incredible views and wildlife, you may get to see sea lions there. On the way home, be sure to treat yourselves to fish and chips and an ice cream.

Great location for beach and amenities. Loved the small balcony and bifolds. Very spacious bedrooms and well equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay again.

An excellent stay. The property is very comfortable, well equipment and in a perfect location. A few points of note for your forward consideration: 1. The key safe contained two sets of flat keys but only one for the building making it inconvenient at times when our family were out separately at the same time. A second set of main building door keRead moreys would be preferable 2. When we arrived the main lobby having come into the building has a strong, distinct smell of cannabis which lasted the first couple of days of our stay. We appreciate that there is a limited amount you can do to stop other property owners using it in their own homes but you might ask your building manager to investigate, particularly if the two properties off of the main entrance are also holiday rentals? Definitely not a complaint on our part however future guests may make a bigger issue of it Hide

The location of the premises is perfect and the interior is very good but at this moment and looks like quite a while a boundary wall is falling down being supported by scaffolding which means that front access is denied hence having to use the rear entrance which in turn means two flights of stairs plus the internal stairs up to the apartment. AlsRead moreo one night there was a party that went on to the early hours with continuous loud music similar to a night club. This stair issue could be a problem for some people. Hide
