From the parking area, four steps lead up to the apartment on the first and second floors of the front elevation. The lower floor features the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which provides a great space for everyone to sit back and relax at the end of a memorable day. The lounge is perfect for snuggling up to watch a movie, while the central dining table and kitchen to the rear are ideal for cooking and sharing your favourite dishes. From the lounge, glass doors open out onto the sunny balcony overlooking the beach. There’s also a refreshing family shower room and a sweet single bedroom on this floor. Stairs lead up to the upper floor where you will have a choice between two bright and colourful bedrooms: a cheerful twin and a lovely king-size with a handy en-suite bathroom and sliding glass doors leading out onto the second balcony.

Woolacombe is a bustling resort with great pubs and restaurants, and a stunning beach stretching along for two miles. Other local attractions include the beaches at Croyde (5.5 miles) and Saunton (7.5 miles), as well as Baggy Point, Exmoor Zoo, Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, Arlington Court, Watermouth Castle and Ilfracombe Harbour, all within 16 miles.
