Located on the first and second floors of the front elevation, guests can enjoy their morning coffee on one of the two glass balconies with views stretching across the Atlantic Ocean towards Hartland Point and on a clear day, Lundy Island. An open plan kitchen/living/dining area offers comfortable seating on a corner sofa and stylish arm chair with large sliding doors to the sea facing balcony. The well equipped kitchen area with granite worktops adds to the style, together with a dining table for enjoying relaxed meals with family and friends. A bunk bedded room and spacious bathroom with large walk in shower completes the first floor. Carpeted stairs lead up to the second floor with 2’6’’ twin bedded room, separate WC with washbasin, door to cupboard housing washer/dryer and last-but-not-least the spacious master king size bedroom which has been stylishly decorated in yellows and greys and boasts sliding doors to the second floor balcony, this room also offers large built in wardrobes and a spacious ensuite bathroom with shower over the bath. From the parking area the apartment is accessed via 4 steps, there is also a handy beach hut style storage cupboard to house those essential buckets and spades. The shops, bars and restaurants of the village are within a stones throw and as well as the award winning surfing beach of Woolacombe you also have a good choice of quieter shell strewn rocky coves such as Barricane and Combesgate. With good access to the beautiful Exmoor National Park including Lynton and Lynmouth, Valley of the Rocks and glorious coastal walks, 5 Byron not only offers first class holiday accommodation but is an excellent choice for those wishing to explore North Devon.

Second floor: Bedroom 1 with King, en-suite bathroom with shower over, WC and basin and sliding doors to glass balcony with furniture. Bedroom 2 with 2’6’’ twin beds. Separate WC with basin. Cupboard with washer/dryer.

This is a lovely property, finished beautifully and was a pleasure to stay in. It’s in a great position for you to access the beach, shops, restaurants and other amenities within a few minutes. The view of the sea is gorgeous from either balcony and being able to park on site is a big bonus to staying here. Would highly recommend.
