This is one of only five apartments in this imposing Victorian conversion. Stylishly furnished and beautifully presented the apartment offers high quality modern accommodation with an individual private terrace and lovely sea views.

1 Dolphin Court offers high quality ground floor accommodation with all home comforts and modern facilities and with easy ramped access from the private allocated parking at the front of the building. The open plan living/dining area provides a comfortable space with all original oak flooring and original Victorian fireplace, cosy sofas and a kitchen and dining area complemented with terracotta tiles. All of this area has access to a private paved front terrace which is the perfect spot to enjoy the beach and sea views. An ideal base for couples or families, two bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements, one with an ensuite shower room and the second served by a separate bathroom. The shared rear patio which can be accessed from the second bedroom has surfboard and wetsuit racks and steps that lead to a large shared deck, a sheltered sun trap with a view to the beach. The perfect get away from it all holiday will be found at Dolphin Court together with a real home from home welcome at any time of the year.

We loved this apartment, normally we stay at the Bay Hotel but fancied a change. Waking up to see the sea from the lounge was delightful. We went out of season (and it was lovely and quiet) and we will definitely return.

Dolphin Court is an ideal apartment to base yourself to explore Woolacombe and North Devon. You can be on the beach in minutes, it is only a short walk into town and you have a fantastic view of the sea from the terrace. It is also very easy to park and get in and out, so ideal for wider exploring and well set up for a family to stay in. What's not to love!
