Sanfield is a large modern detached bungalow, with magnificent ever changing sea views and a decked terrace complete with hot tub, what more could you wish for! The property is perfectly located just a short walk from the stunning beach and village of Woolacombe. Whether you want an active holiday surfing the waves and walking the South West Coastal Footpath or prefer a relaxing break enjoying the sand, surf and wonderful vistas, Sanfield house is ideal.
The entrance hall provides plenty of space for coats, shoes etc and has a utility room with washing machine and separate wc. There are three spacious bedrooms all on the ground floor with further bedroom/living area on the upper floor, which means Sanfield is advertised as a sleep 8 for the majority of the year but also as a sleep 6 for out of season.
The main kitchen has everything you would need whilst on holiday including dishwasher, coffee machine and large American style fridge. The dining room has a large table seating 8 with hand-made built in bench and patio door leading to the sun terrace and hot tub. Living room with wall mounted Smart TV, comfy chesterfield style sofas, feature fire place and cuddle chair. A separate snug area with high vaulted ceiling, exposed beams and windows all the way round which provide a stunning 180 degree view which stretches the length of Woolacombe beach towards Putsborough, is the perfect place to sit and enjoy a good book or nice glass of wine. There are three spacious bedrooms, one twin which can be converted to a King size, and a further two king size rooms, one with ensuite shower room and amazing sea views. The main bathroom is fully tiled and has a bath with separate shower cubicle, wc and handbasin.
Leading off the entrance hall behind a lockable door is a narrow stair case which leads up to a first floor self-contained living area, with smart TV, comfy sofa and doors to balcony with patio furniture. There is king size bedroom with built in furniture and velux windows, separate shower room with wc and handbasin. The kitchen area has access to a fridge/freezer and kettle, the perfect place for grandparents or teenage children to be separate from the main house.
Outside the south facing garden with lovely views of Woolacombe beach, is an ideal place to relax in the hot tub or enjoy an alfresco meal with the family at the end of a long day. Woolacombe has all you will need for a great holiday including a variety of shops, eateries and bars. Surrounded by beautiful countryside this diverse area of Devon offers picturesque coastal towns, characterful villages and the spectacular scenery of the Exmoor National Park all within a 30 minute drive.

There is secure storage for surfboards and bicycles and an external shower at the side of the property with hot and cold water. 4pm check in and 9am check out. Arr/Dep day is Saturday.

Comfortable property meeting all our needs. Loved the hot tub and decking area. Great views from the upstairs balcony. Hopefully we will make a return visit.
Lovely, comfortable house with amazing views over the bay. Nicely done up & kitted out - perfect for a British "summer" holiday when more time is spent in the house than on the beach! Owner was very quick to respond to any queries & left a lovely welcome pack.

We had a lovely family holiday at Sanfield House. The location was perfect, close to the beach and village amenities. The view was beautiful and the house was immaculately clean and well equipped.
