Description

Situated in the heart of this popular seaside village with its choice of pubs, restaurants, shops and award winning blue flag beach, Thalassa (meaning ‘the sea’ in Greek) has far reaching sea views which can be enjoyed from the large balcony which stretches the width of the apartment and overlooks the village below. Located above the small row of village shops, cafes and restaurants and giving easy access to all village facilities as well as being just a short level walk to magnificent award winning beach. Carpeted stairs lead up through the shared hallway with storage for surfboards etc. Once in the apartment the spacious entrance hall has ample room to store boots, coats and those all important buckets and spades. All rooms are located off the hallway, King room with lovely sleigh bed and large wardrobes, an interconnecting door leads through to the twin room, but this can be locked for privacy and accessed through the door to the hallway. Family bathroom with bath, shower cubicle and heated towel rail. Newly fitted kitchen with double oven, electric hob, dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of storage for your holiday goodies! The comfortable living/dining room has two large sofas surrounding the feature inglenook fireplace, and the dining table is conveniently positioned to take advantage of the lovely views. A patio door opens onto the balcony which has anti slip decking and wooden balustrades, a table and chairs are provided so guests can enjoy a relaxing sundowner after a busy day on the beach. Offering plenty of experiences for the young and the young at heart this location is ideal for families and couples wishing to explore more of what North Devon has to offer. The secluded coves of Grunta and Barricane offer idyllic spots for kayaking, fishing or just relaxing with a nice picnic. In addition the spectacular coastline and beautiful surrounding countryside offers inspiring footpaths and cycle tracks, pretty coastal towns and villages and for a change of scene the beautiful wild open spaces and picturesque villages of Exmoor National Park is just a 30 minutes scenic drive.

Kitchen with electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box. Ample storage space. Bedroom 1 with Kingsize bed. Bedroom 2 with twin. Lockable interconnecting door between bedrooms, if required. Additional access for twin via hallway. Bathroom with bath, corner shower cubicle, heated towel rail and WC and washbasin.
