This detached bungalow is situated in the centre of the charming village of Woolsery (also known as Woolfardisworthy). The village is centred around the historic Norman church and is a small thriving community. With the village school adjacent and the Farmers Arms pub opposite.  The post office stores and fish and chip shop are also close by. This is an ideal place to experience Devon village life and a wonderful base to explore the spectacular coast and countryside in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The stunning coastal landscape around Bucks Mills, Hartland and Clovelly is within a few minutes scenic drive. There is easy access to wonderful coastal walks, picturesque coves and the beautiful rolling countryside as well as being close enough to venture into Cornwall. Recently refurbished, the property has a fresh appeal and has everything guests need to enjoy their holiday. There are two cheerful bedrooms and an updated bathroom. The bright and spacious lounge/diner offers plenty of room for family meals and a comfortable space to relax in front of the woodburner when the evenings turn cooler. The smart new kitchen leads out into a good-sized south-facing enclosed garden Within a half hour drive of many local attractions that will suit both young and the young at heart including beautiful gardens such as RHS Rosemoor, family attractions such as the Milky Way and The Big Sheep as well as the large surfing beaches of Westward Ho! & Bude.
