Lovely, comfortable and spacious cottage with a beautiful garden in a very peaceful setting. The owners, Penny and Duncan were very friendly and we had a lovely holiday.

Mrs A,

The property met all our expectations, lovely location, peaceful and quiet, friendly owners. Short travelling distances to coast and onto Exmoor, ideal for walkers/pet owners. Will book again.

Mr D,

Most enjoyable. We spent a week at Honeysuckle Cottage last October (2020). We had a week of rain and storm Alex to welcome us but we enjoyed ourselves so much we booked another 2 weeks this April (2021). So glad we did. Good weather this time and had a wonderful time. The owners Penny & Duncan are excellent hosts. Friendly and available if you need them but in no way intrusive. The property is spacious, clean, comfy and to a very high standard. As we left Duncan told us that they were about to make a number of improvements, including a smart TV & new furniture so we look forwards to enjoying these when we return (as we certainly will). Good location for walking either from the cottage itself or the surrounding countryside and Exmoor is only a few minutes away. If you don't want to travel much the garden is a delight to sit out in with lovely views over the rolling valleys. We have been using self catering cottages for many years now and this is one of the best we have stayed at. Highly recommended.

Mr G,
