A delightful bungalow with sea and countryside views, surrounded by fields in an idyllic rural setting. This peaceful spot is just over a 15 minute stroll from a village pub and the dramatic coastline, dotted with coves to explore, is only 1.5 miles away. The stunning Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty that surrounds Sea View provides an abundance of picturesque walks - uncrowded and unspoilt and the area teems with wild flowers and wildlife.
One of the most challenging sections of the South West Coast Path passes nearby. The soaring cliffs, craggy shoreline, rocky outcrops and sparkling waterfalls along this part of the walk are spectacular.
The town of Bude is 20 minutes away, with many shops, pubs and restaurants as well as surfing beaches and a unique sea pool. Lake fishing is available locally and Sea View is well-placed for day trips further south into Cornwall or north to explore Exmoor National Park.
This property offers a small group discount on full weekly bookings of 20% for parties of 4 or fewer and 30% for parties of 2 or fewer at certain times of the year. This means that that if low occupancy for 2, then you are restricted to the use of Bedroom 1 and if low occupancy for 4, then you are restricted to the use of Bedrooms 1 and 2. This discount is automatically applied and the holiday price you are quoted reflects this. A very peaceful retreat. Apart from the occasional tractor going up the lane, the only sounds you’re likely to hear are the birds singing and the bees buzzing around the spacious garden. The house is spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and a bright and airy conservatory, which also has a dining table and comfortable settee seating, that opens out onto the lawned garden.
