This comfortable and peaceful detached bungalow is surrounded mainly by fields in an Area of Outstanding Beauty in the North Cornish countryside. One and a half miles from the coast and the pebble cove at Marsland Mouth, the sandy beach at Duckpool is half a mile further on. A village pub lies within a 20 minute stroll and there is a fine church in the village too. The town of Bude is less than half an hour away, and here guests will find many shops, pubs and restaurants as well as surfing beaches and a unique sea pool. One of the most challenging sections of the South West Coast Path passes nearby. The soaring cliffs, craggy shoreline, rocky outcrops and sparkling waterfalls along this part of the walk are spectacular. Uncrowded and unspoilt, the area teams with wild flowers and rare wildlife. Riding stables and lake fishing are available locally and the bungalow is well-placed for day trips further south into Cornwall or north to explore Exmoor National Park. Sea View is spacious, well-equipped and dog friendly. There are three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms and a further cloakroom which is handy for a large family. A spacious lounge with a cosy wood burning stove has sliding doors which lead to a large conservatory with wicker chairs and a dining room table and chairs and views towards the sea in the distance. A fully-fitted kitchen/breakfast room is light and bright and a further utility area means there is plenty of space for storage. Outside a large south facing lawn is great for energetic children and dogs and the patio with garden furniture is a peaceful and relaxing spot to soak up the views.

A very peaceful retreat. Apart from the occasional tractor going up the lane, the only sounds you’re likely to hear are the birds singing and the bees buzzing around the spacious garden. The house is spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and a bright and airy conservatory, which also has a dining table and comfortable settee seating, that opens out onto the lawned garden.
