A spacious detached bungalow on the edge of the picturesque Exmoor village of Dulverton, and on the south edge of the moor. Badgers Brook is quietly situated surrounded by pleasant gardens, with a small unfenced stream running inside the garden border and backing onto open countryside. The spacious, light and airy dual aspect living room offers wonderful countryside views.  Warm and cosy no matter what the season and with a feature stone fireplace with an electric fire for those cooler evenings. An archway leads to the dining room with a hatch to the kitchen and a door out to the conservatory offering lovely garden and countryside views. Sliding doors lead out to the patio, an ideal place for alfresco dining. Two bedrooms offer garden or countryside views. The south-facing, partially enclosed garden is lawned with mature shrubs and borders, looking out over the adjacent meadows and includes an unfenced stream. Half a mile away is the picturesque village centre and village amenities including character pubs, a small supermarket and good range of shops, an art gallery and a selection of tea rooms and restaurants. Dulverton is also the chosen home of the Exmoor National Park Authority headquarters and visitor centre and offers an ideal base from which to roam the splendour of the region by foot, horseback (riding stables nearby) or car. Badgers Brook is an ideal holiday base and a great spot to unwind in this popular Exmoor location.

Living room with feature stone fireplace with traditional freestanding electric log fireplace, TV, freeview and DVD. Dining room. Conservatory with furniture. Bedroom 1 with Double. Bedroom 2 with Twin with a 3' and 4' bed. Shower room with large walk in shower, WC and washbasin

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Wi-Fi Broadband. Oil CH, floor duct vent heating. No smoking. Two well behaved pets welcome. A selection of books and games. No cot is provided please bring your own travel cot. Garden furniture. Care needed with unfenced stream. Driveway parking for at least 4 cars. No Short breaks . 4pm arrival time. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
