One of  two delightful barn conversion cottages quietly situated in the rural heartland of North Devon and surrounded by beautiful rolling countryside. Offering shared use of a large indoor swimming pool and tennis court and less than a mile along country lanes to the pretty village of Sheepwash with its village shop and famous 'fisherman's' Inn. The further amenities of the ancient market town of Holsworthy is just 10 miles and the spectacular North Devon and Cornish coastline including the beach and resort facilities of Bude is only a 20 miles scenic drive.
Harmony has been sympathetically converted to provide spacious and comfortable accommodation for couples wishing to relax in peaceful surrounding or explore the wonderful natural diversity of this delightful part of Devon.  The cottage offers a welcoming open plan living and dining area with dual aspect views.  A well equipped kitchen provides all you will need for leisurely meals in this delightful home from home. Stairs lead up to a first floor open plan and very attractive bedroom with Kingsize bed, lovely country views and an ensuite bathroom. The cottage has its own adjoining private patio area and there is a good sized shared decked patio and lawned area adjoining the large indoor swimming pool which is a wonderful bonus available only for cottage guests and owner use and open 9am - 8pm. (May to September) Visitors can also take advantage of the private tennis court and are welcome to visit the recently developed wildlife pond within the grounds.

Accommodation: Ground floor: Open plan living/dining area with TV , DVD and CD player. Kitchen area with electric hob and oven, microwave, freezer and dishwasher. First Floor: Open plan bedroom with Kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom with shower over bath (sloping ceiling), basin and WC.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels(please bring your own beach and swimming pool towels). Adults only. Electric heating. No smoking. Regret no pets. (Please note owner has their own large dog within the grounds.) Private patio with garden furniture. Wifi Broadband . Shared use of heated indoor swimming pool (open 9am - 8pm May to Sept) and tennis court. Shared use of washing machine in  separate utility area. Secure storage for cycles and surfboards.  Allocated off road parking for 1-2 cars. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Friday.
