Description

The Pines is set in the beautiful fishing town of Brixham, Brixham is in Torbay located in South Devon. Brixhams harbour still remains one of the most used docks for trawlers in the UK and has the famous tourist attraction replica of Sir Francis Drake ship The Golden Hind which is moored in the dock which you can pay to go on! Brixham hosts an array of events each year like the BrixFest, Pirate Festival and Fishstock. There's just so much to get involved with how do you pick! From the events to entertain you in Brixham, it is also a central town to other popular SOuth Devon locations such as, Paignton which is a 10 minute drive away, Torquay a 20 minute drive away, catch the bus to Kingswear village and get the passenger ferry to Dartmouth. Take your pick. 

The Pines is situated a roughly 10-15 minute walk from the main town centre of Brixham and offers guests designated parking, 3 bedrooms to sleep up to 6 people, garden, outside terrace and open plan living, kitchen and diner offering a great social space for friends or family. 

Accommodation: Ground Floor: Hall. Family Bathroom with separate wall in electric shower, bath with shower head mixer tap, w.c., hand basin. Master bedroom with King (5'), wardrobe, chest of drawers, full length mirror. Bedroom 2 with two singles (3'), 1 bedside cabinet, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bedroom 3 has double (4'6") bed, bedside cabinets, wall mounted mirror and tall boy chest of drawers. First Floor: Open plan kitchen, living and dining room with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer. 42" TV with DVD player and freeview, 2 two-seater sofas and a freestanding chair, dining room table and chairs. Cloakroom with w.c. and hand basin. Terrace/balcony with outside seating and sea glimpses through the wood area on the other side of the road in front of the property. Outside Space: The garden is at the rear of the property with a bench.

Facilities and Services: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels. Electric and gas included in rent. WiFi provided. Non-smoking property. Whilst there is no smoking in the house, smoking is permitted in the back garden. Maximum of 2 pets welcome. Travel cot provided, please bring your own bed linen. 1 Designated car park space. Strong Mobile Phone Coverage. Please be aware the Gardener does attend to the property's garden on a regular basis, please do not be alarmed if you see him, he does not need access to the property only the garden. Please be aware the Window Cleaners also regularly attend to the property, please do not be alarmed if you see them. Short Breaks are accepted from January - end of June, from September - December, minimum of 3 nights. Short Breaks are not accepted during the months of July and August, this is strictly a Friday changeover day.This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
