Summercourt House is an excellent family holiday property with all the comforts of home. Overlooking rolling countryside in a sought after area of Brixham, this luxurious property has been updated to offer spacious accommodation. The open plan living area is well thought through and outstanding with newly fitted kitchen, dining table and chairs and very comfortable living area with a couple of stylish sofas, coffee table and wall mounted TV. The four bedrooms are beautifully decorated and accessorised. Step outside and the style continues into the large garden – a raised patios sits at the rear of the property and a private screened furnished deck area to one corner is perfect for barbecues.
The house is close to Galmpton and Churston, offering some delightful walking routes in and around these villages. Alternatively, Brixham is just a 10 minute drive away and the other popular seaside towns on the English Riviera are close at hand. If you're on holiday with the family it's worth spending a day at Paignton Zoo and the nearby Aqua Park.
Summercourt House is in a very secluded and private location, giving the impression of living in a select ‘gated community’. We highly recommend this property, it's perfect for family reunions or for couples looking to get together in a spacious holiday home with a touch of luxury.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
Well equipped and very good quality. Lovely extra touches i.e. provisions, we weren't expecting.
