Description
A contemporary and stylish first floor holiday apartment overlooking the sea. French doors from the living room lead onto an extensive balcony with uninterrupted panoramic views over Fishcombe Cove. This coastal bolthole sleeps 4 in two bedrooms… perfect for a getaway with friends, or for a family holiday.
The apartment has direct access to the secluded Fishcombe Cove beach as well as the South West Coast Path. The fishing town of Brixham is about a 10 or 15 minute walk away for some good dining options, shops and cafes. Walk in the other direction and you'll come to some lovely National Trust woods. Alternatively, take to the water… go kayaking, try a little fishing or take a dip in the sea. You may even be lucky enough to spot seals basking on the rocks. If swimming in the sea isn't for you, then plunge into the outdoor heated swimming pool in the apartment complex. There's also a café, bar and shop just a short stroll away.
Accommodation:
Kitchen: Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and hob, washer/dryer.
Living/Dining: Coffee table, large flatscreen Smart TV, Bluetooth soundbar. Patio doors lead out onto the beautiful terrace.
Bedroom one: Double bed (4'6''), bedside tables, built in wardrobes, wall-mounted flatscreen TV/DVD.
Bedroom two: Twin beds (3' - may be zip & lined to form 6' super kingsize), built in wardrobe, wall mounted flatscreen TV/DVD.
Bathroom: Bath with shower over, basin, WC, heated towel rail.
Outside: Balcony extends the width of the apartment with rattan furniture and lounger chairs.
Parking: Allocated parking for one car. Please note for safety reasons it is not permissible to park or drop off right outside the apartment, therefore roller cases would be beneficial.
Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
Facilities and services: WiFi connection available. Bed linen and towels provided. (Beach towels not supplied.) Arr/Dep. For weekly bookings is Saturday. Short breaks available in low and mid season, minimum 3 nights. Parking. Swimming pool, sea view, balcony. Electric heating. Shop 1 mile, pub 0.5 mile. No smoking. Sorry no pets.
