Just a 10 minute walk from the fishing port of Brixham is Bonne Vue 2, a lovely three bedroom apartment for 5. This stylish and comfortable holiday pad is approximately 400 yards away from the South West Coastal Path and Fishcombe Cove.
The property is beautifully finished in blue and white, the living room has a woodburner for the cooler evenings or an out of season break. As a guest at Bonne Vue you can request access to the lovely garden… let us know at the time of booking if you'd like to use it and we'll arrange with the owners.
The property's close proximity to Brixham makes it perfect for dining out – you may be self catering but it's worth eating at one of the wonderful restaurants, try Rick Stein’s fish shop or pack up a picnic and wander along the breakwater. Bonne Vue is a lovely apartment with extensive views in a great location!
Kitchen: Lovely contemporary country style fitted units and wooden family table with bench seating large enough to seat 5 people, washer/dryer, fridge with a freezer compartment and a built in cooker with a grill.
Living room: Chair, lamp, chest (activities and blankets inside). 3 seater leather sofa, a 2 seater sofa and a selection of pull out coffee tables, large flat screen TV with freeview, a DVD player. Wood burning stove.
First floor bedroom 1: Bedside table, lamp, chest of drawers, wall mounted mirror and lovely sea views.
Second floor Bedroom 2: Single bed with the truckle bed (can create 2 separate singles and a double bed that comes up to the same level), bedside table and lamp, built in wardrobe space, chair, wash hand basin, wall mounted mirror.
Bedroom 3: Sea views looking out towards Torquay and Paignton. Built in storage space, two bedside tables with lamps, wash hand basin, wall mounted mirror.
First floor family bathroom: Chest, a full length mirror, a wall mounted heated towel rail, wash hand basin, bath with a wall mounted shower.
WC is located in a separate room next to the family bathroom.
Outside: Beautiful garden toward the back of the property available for guests use on arrangement. Please advise at time of booking if you would like use of the garden during your stay.

This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
