Cobalt Cottage is a recently refitted two storey apartment only a stones through from the heart of Dartmouth with its quaint cobbled streets full of unique galleries, boutique stores and many coffee bars. Dartmouth is steeped in history and on a scenic river location offering trips to Agetha Christie former holiday home and sea trips around Start Bay. The beautiful beaches of Blackpool Sands or Torcross are only a short car journey away but the whole area is ideal for outdoor activities for walking, cycling, golf and water sports. Cobalt Cottage is a three bedroom, family friendly property with a great communal kitchen, living and dining room area. The interior is completed to modern but high standard finish and has two family bathrooms located on both levels. Outside, there is a decking area with roof top views and seating and barrel BBQ for outside dining and picnic gear to enjoy with the family. . In addition, subject to availability/extra cost, there is a one bedroom studio apartment (sleeps 2) that is ideal for accommodating extra family or friends and is situated within the same grounds named The Studio at Cobalt (BC3051), allowing eight guests in total.

Security Deposit This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

I stayed at cobalt cottage for 7 nights and I wish I had booked it for longer! A fantastic cottage in a fantastic location, a couple of minutes walk to the harbour and town. The owners of the cottage have thought about every detail in making sure their guests stay is as comfortable as possible and the extra added touches, such as a BBQ, Crabbing lines and games provided made our stay extra special (especially when travelling kids). I highly recommend this cottage, especially if you are looking for family friendly accommodation. Beautifully designed with modern features...I look forward to staying here again :)

Nautical themed cottage oozing Dartmouth charm. Short walk from Dartmouth harbour sight and sounds, this fantastic cottage has all you need for a great stay. Well decorated and furnished cottage with outdoor Al Fresco dining balcony with BBQ.
