The Penthouse is a beautifully modern three-bedroom apartment centrally located in Dartmouth, minutes' walk from the towns centre and is a delight for those looking to get away from it all but be a stone's throw away from the interesting shops, restaurants and cafes Dartmouth has to offer. This is a newly refurbished property, which is to a very high standard, benefits from fantastic views of Kingswear, stylish interior touches throughout and the perfect terrace for alfresco dining. There is ample space for a family of six to enjoy their holiday comfortably.

Security Deposit; This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Great apartment, lovely location. We would highly recommend it.
Fantastic service from Blueriver Cottages, excellent food at both The Seven Stars and Bushell's, and fish and chips from Wheelhouse were beautifully cooked and very good value. One of our party needed gluten free food, and the above establishments were very helpful with plenty of choice.
