With spectacular views of the River Dart this delightful property is in a great position in the town. Close enough to enjoy all the amenities of historic Dartmouth, the winding streets are lined with stylish shops, fishmongers, delis and galleries and some of the best cafes around. 13 Above Town sleeps 6 in three bedrooms. A spacious property with fabulous views from all floors, step outside onto one of the furnished balconies and relax with a cup of coffee or a glass of fizz.
Two large black leather sofas, large state-of-the-art 3D flat screen TV, a DVD player, coffee table, balcony with views over the River Dart.
The second living space is located on the ground floor, garden access. Stylish vintage feel with 2 two-seater black leather sofas, two black wooden side tables with black and silver chrome lampshades, flat screen TV and Cambridge Audio Sound System.
Located on the first floor, a large open plan space, recently refurbished with Miele appliances: microwave, dishwasher, built in cooker, worktop ceramic hobs and extractor fan, large American style fridge freezer. Wall mounted cupboards surround the kitchen area and line one side of the dining area.
Dining area: unique vintage 1920's oak table (upholstered with material bought from London designed with a royal crest) seats six people.
3 bedrooms, two on the third floor and one bedroom on the second floor.
Master bedroom (third floor): King Size bed, two bedside tables and lights, digital radio and alarm clock, flat screen TV, a wooden dresser with wicker chair and a triple wooden wardrobe with a built in mirror, trouser press.
Bedroom two: zip and link bed, single gent's wooden wardrobe, bedside table with a lamp, full length mirror.
Second floor bedroom 3: single bed with a truckle bed underneath, bedside table and lamp, wardrobe and chair.
Family bathroom on the third floor: modern monochrome style bathroom with a beautiful black granite top, chrome towel rail, white bath, WC, basin, large mirror above the hand basin and an extendable magnifying mirror.
Second floor: next to the single bedroom there is a W.C. basin, mirror above.

This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
The team in Dartmouth was very responsive and helpful.
13 Above Town was an extremely comfortable house for us to stay in with our 16 and 21 year old children. They were never bored as we were so close to the town centre (a short stroll down the steps) with all of its shops and cafes. They also made great use of the Dart Marina Hotel spa pass and used the pool and gym every day, and we loved sitting on the balcony watching the boats going by. The house is well equipped with comfy beds and fantastic showers and has good quality appliances throughout. Lots of homely touches such as blankets on the sofas and board games, books and DVDs. Very handy to have a garage (albeit very small!) and a car park pass as parking can be difficult in Dartmouth. We were there for my birthday and had a fabulous lunch at the Dart Marina Hotel overlooking the harbour, and a cake from Saveurs - a local bakers where I was able to order online before we arrived.
Amazing house, great location,very comfortable stay.The balcony from the lounge is an excellent addition to the property which gives beautful views of the estuary , out to se and Kingswear.It was delightful watching the ferrys and the train during our stay. The garage is small, our VW polo just fitted in with inches to spare, most garages in the area were built years ago when cars were smaller.We would be happy to stay here again,it has everything you need and views are exemplary.Please be aware traffic wardens patrol the street and car parks and enforce the double yellow lines. We visited the office to discuss the car issues, they were most helpful.
