This lovely property is perfect for those who like to be within easy reach of the shops, restaurants and the riverside, but still have a peaceful and relaxing time. It is situated between the town centre and Dart Marina in a quiet yard just few steps away from the main street.
The house was built in 1850 as sail loft and one can still feel it’s historical charm through the exposed features such as whitewashed stone walls. This is a very bright property with plenty of natural light, well equipped, furnished and presented to a high standard throughout for your comfort. The property was fully redecorated in 2021.
This two storey duplex apartment is accessed at first floor level with the entrance leading into a good sized hallway, off which is the open-plan living area and kitchen. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
