Apartment 5 The Pottery is a delightful modern apartment based in Warfleet, within the area of Dartmouth in South Devon. Arranged over 2 floors this house is perfect for a family or friends getaway, it has two bedrooms sleeping a total of 5 people and other two bathrooms, a family bathroom on the ground floor and an ensuite shower room on the lower ground level. The kitchen, living and dining space is open plan and offers a great social space with a juliette balcony looking onto the rest of the Warfleet cottages. Apartment 5 has a designated car park space so you won't need to worry about finding a space at the end of a day full of exciting adventures. The property is perfectly located, it offers the sense of seclusion from the busy town although, it is only about a 15 minute walk into the centre of a 2 minute drive. Dartmouth is a creative town with a eclectic mix of independent and chain clothes shops, plenty of art galleries boasting the views throughout the town and South Devon and there is an abundance of restaurants and cafes. 

Accommodation: Ground Floor: Open plan Kitchen/Living/Diner with integrated electric oven, integrated microwave, electric hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer. Washing Machine is located in the hallway cupboard. Bedroom 1 has a double (4'6") bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe. Family bathroom with a bath, with a shower head off the mixer taps, w.c. and hand basin. Lower Ground Level: Bedroom 2 with king (5') bed, single (3') bed, 3 bedside cabinets, wardrobe, chest of drawers and tall boy chest of drawers. Ensuite with walk in wall mounted mixer tap shower, w.c. and hand basin. 

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels are provided (Please bring your own beach towels), WiFi Provided. No Smoking. No Pets. Designated car park space, this is not a covered parking space therefore, can fit up to a 4x4. Travel Cot and Highchair provided (Please bring your own bedding for the travel cot) Stairgates are not provided due to the width of the staircases, and so parties with children should take additional care. Short breaks accepted in low and mid season - minimum of 3 nights.This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.


This is a great apartment in a perfect location. A 10 minute easy walk to the centre of town but feeling like you are on the edge of woodland around the creek. Perfect. The apartment has everything you would need and is well fitted out and spotlessly clean. The car park is a real bonus and is essential for Dartmouth. Great value and we will be returning very soon.
