36a Newcomen Road is a delightful period property with many characterful features, over two floors. Newcomen Road is desirably located close to the center of town with easy access to all the facilities that Dartmouth have to offer, with local restaurants and shops just minuets away. Stunning views of Kingswear, the river and out to sea are enjoyed from the large bay window in the lounge, on the second floor. Although there is no parking with the property, a car park permit is provided for use in the town center car park from April to the end of September.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

A real nice place to stay nice and quiet with only a short walk to the shops, the view out the window is amazing you can sit there and watch the boats come into the harbour , would highly recommend staying here
