The property is accessed from Foss Slip located next to The Flavel Centre and is approached through a communal door up 21 carpeted steps to the first floor and front door into the apartment.

Description

Right in the centre of Historical Dartmouth, this delightful one bedroom apartment is within easy walking distance to the town’s shops, restaurants, cafes and quay. Perfect for a couple looking to explore the town and further afield. Hop on a ferry across the River Dart to Kingswear or drive along the stunning coastal road towards Start Point for the best views! You’re spoilt for choice. This first floor apartment is accessed by an internal stairway which leads on to the open plan kitchen/ dining/  living room with an electric cooker and 4 ring gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. There’s a sofabed, Freeview TV and DVD player. The bedroom has a 4ft 6” double bed and the built-in wardrobes and dressing table offers ample storage with and the bathroom is well fitted with a bath and shower over, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. Dartmouth really is a great town to base yourself… but we may be slightly biased! The Nest is a spacious apartment with a lovely coastal feel, decorated with nautical touches but the real feature of the property is the large decked balcony which leads off from the living area. A great spot to wake up to and enjoy a cup of coffee over breakfast.

Facilities and services: Bed linen and towels provided, (please bring your own beach towels). Arr. Dep. For weekly bookings is Saturday. No parking at the property but a car parking permit for use in the town centre is available from April until the end of September. Sorry, no pets. 0.1 miles to the nearest pub and shop. No WiFi. Mobile reception varies. Baby equipment may be hired locally if required. Security Deposit: £100 - refunded 7 - 10 days after departure. No smoking.

This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

A lovely spacious property just off the harbour. The location was superb with a short walk to the town with great pubs and restaurants. The flat was well equipped and clean. The bed comfy and seaside decor fitted the location. The outside deck was lovely at anytime of day and hearing the gulls and steam train made our holiday.
