You only have to look at the photos to see that Little Seawatch is a little gem of a property, located in the coastal village of Stoke Fleming with fabulous sea views.
This beachside bolthole is perfectly formed and has undergone extensive refurbishment to offer stylish coastal living. The bedroom is beautifully furnished with wood style floors and headboard, decorated in grey and white with burnt orange for a touch of colour. The picture postcard views from here are perfect… framing the garden, palms and coast.
The contemporary style continues throughout the property which is light bright and airy. Light floods in to the open plan kitchen and living room through the French doors which lead onto the furnished patio with wonderful views.
Little Seawatch is in Stoke Fleming and sits within a small development of chalets, a great base to get out and about and discover this beautiful area of the South Hams. The South West Coast Path is right on the doorstep, take a stroll to the local village pub, The Green Dragon accepts dogs, perfect for lunch or an evening meal.
Drive along the coast road to nearby Blackpool Sands, a beautifully unspoilt Blue Flag Beach where you can try your hand a kayaking and paddle boarding. It's a great place for a spot of breakfast or lunch too, the Venus Café is one of our favourite spots.
Open Plan Living and Kitchen Area: Fully furnished to a very high standard throughout with two seater sofa, wall mounted flat-screen TV with freeview TV, glass bistro table with contemporary bar stools. A patio door with folding shutters leads to steps down onto the private patio area with fabulous sea views. (Make use of the binoculars supplied.)

Bedroom: Double bed with views out sea. Stylish and coordinated bedroom, bedside tables and lamps. Separate dressing area with ample storage for clothes, full length mirror. Analogue Radio.
Shower Room: White suite with corner shower cubicle with glass sliding screens, low level W.C. pedestal washbasin with a feature light up mirror.
Outside: Paved patio area with picnic bench and sun parasol, perfect for 'al fresco' dining to make the most of the sea views.
Parking: Allocated parking space in the small car park a short distance away.
Facilities and services: WiFi connection available. Will accept 1 pet. Extensive sea and coastal views. Bed linen and towels. (Beach towels not provided.) Arr/Dep. For weekly bookings is Saturday. Short breaks available in low and mid season. No smoking. Pub 0.2 miles. Shop 0.2 miles. Laundry Room: Coin operated laundry room behind the property for guests to use, there is a set of keys inside the chalet.
This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
