Helm Cottage is lovingly decorated nautical themed terrace cottage located in the core of Dartmouth Town Center in South Devon. Helm Cottage is accessed via Newport Street and can to found up 22 steps from the main road. As you enter the house into the living room you will be greeted by a plush sofa, two free standing armchairs and a woodburner, a warm and inviting space for cosy nights in. The Homeowners have lovingly decorated the property and recently refurbished the kitchen to provide modern comforts like a washing machine, dishwasher and a ceramic hob and so much more! The property has a rear courtyard next to the kitchen which is fully enclosed and outside lighting and furniture has been provided for guests to use. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom, twin room and family bathroom. Helm Cottage is less than a minute walk to the main town centre and the Market Square. In the town you will find a great mix of independent and chain shops, all on your doorstep!

Facilities: Outside Space Rear Courtyard accessed via the Kitchen. Outside Lighting and Outside Furniture is provided. Parking Annual ticket provided for town car park (this works on a first come first serve basis). Please note: during Regatta week/s the Town Car Park is closed but the parking permit is valid in the Park & Ride at the top of Dartmouth opposite Sainsburys.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
