Norton Park Farm Apartment is a first floor holiday home located in Norton close to the beautiful town of Dartmouth which is situated on the mouth of the River Dart, one of South Devon’s most popular and enchanting towns! With its charming historic streets and surrounded by the glorious countryside. The River Dart is the perfect to practise watersports – sailing, kayaking, paddle boarding, boat trips and more are all on offer.
This apartment offers a perfect accommodation with an open plan living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms. The property benefits from plenty of outside space with stunning countryside views and parking for up to four cars.
Kitchen: Electric oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker.
Living/Dining area: TV with freeview and Play Station, a corner sofa and a two seater sofa, coffee table and a woodburner. In the dining area, there is a dining table with ten chairs. This light and airy open plan living/dining area with magnificent views of the beautiful countryside.
Utility room: Washing machine and tumble dryer.
Master Bedroom: Super king size bed, two bedside tables with lamps, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table and TV. There are two relax chairs to admire the rolling hills. Ensuite bathroom: w.c., hand basin, towel rail and shower.
Bedroom 2 : king size bed with two bedside tables with lamps, dressing table, wall mounted TV and clothes rail. Ensuite bathroom: jacuzzi bath, w.c. and hand basin.
Bedroom 3: Two single beds with bedside table and lamp, wall mounted TV and chest of drawers.
Outside Space: Plenty of outside space with a fully fenced pond(please do not to leave children unattended). There is an outside WC and patio area with settee and chairs which can be accessed from the lounge room. There is also a BBQ available.
Parking: Private parking on the driveway for up to 4 cars.
Security Deposit:This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
