Description
Norton Park Farm is a beautifully decorated house situated on the outskirts of Dartmouth. This delightful holiday home enjoys stunning views over the beautiful South Hams countryside. Located just five minutes drive away from the Historic picturesque town of Dartmouth, at the mouth of the beautiful River Dart and with local shopping amenities within a two minute drive. Norton Park Farm also benefits from being very close to the nearby Dartmouth Golf and Country Club where there are leisure and pool facilities and a restaurant and of course, a fantastic golf course!
GROUND FLOOR
Kitchen: Electric oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, washing machine.
Lounge/Dining area: two sofas, coffee table, wall mounted TV, bar table with four high stools. This room access another lounge/dining area with two sofas, TV and round glass table with chairs.
Family Bathroom: w.c., walk-in shower and hand basin.
Bedroom 4: one single bed with a pull out bed, bedside table and lamp, stool, chest of drawers and clothes rail.
Bedroom 5: King size bed, two bedside tables with lamps, clothes rail and wall mounted mirror.
FIRST FLOOR
Kitchen: Electric oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker.
Living/Dining area: TV with freeview and Play Station, a corner sofa and a two seater sofa, coffee table and a woodburner. In the dining area, there is a dining table with ten chairs. This light and airy open plan living/dining area with magnificent views of the beautiful countryside.
Utility room: Washing machine and tumble dryer.
Master Bedroom: Super king size bed, two bedside tables with lamps, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table and TV. There are two relax chairs to admire the rolling hills. Ensuite bathroom: w.c., hand basin, towel rail and shower.
Bedroom 2 : king size bed with two bedside tables with lamps, dressing table, wall mounted TV and clothes rail. Ensuite bathroom: jacuzzi bath, w.c. and hand basin.
Bedroom 3: Two single beds with bedside table and lamp, wall mounted TV and chest of drawers.
Outside Space: Plenty of outside space with a fully fenced pond(please do not to leave children unattended). There is an outside WC and patio area with settee and chairs which can be accessed from the lounge room. There is also a BBQ and hot tub available.
Parking: Private parking on the driveway for up to 4 cars.
Security Deposit:This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £400, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
Power and Heat: Gas and Electricity included in rent. Gas central heating, Gas central heated towel rails.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels).
