Description

A lovely three bedroom period property for six. Accommodation is over three floors and has the benefit of a garden with lawn and courtyard with views over the roof tops to the River Dart. This delightful townhouse is in a favoured spot within easy walking distance of the town centre and all the amenities.

 

Dartmouth is a hive of activity throughout the year with a packed calendar of events including the annual Royal Regatta in August, the ever popular food festival in October and Candlelit Dartmouth in early December. The town itself has some really good cafes, individual shops and galleries, a park with a traditional bandstand and of course the beautiful River Dart.

 

Dartmouth Townhouse is well set up and offers comfortable accommodation for 6.

 

Accommodation: Lower ground floor: newly fitted kitchen diner with seating for 6, finished in Farrow & Ball shades, stylish and well equipped with state of the art appliances,  access to garden, garden furniture, BBQ facilities. Cloakroom: WC situated directly off the kitchen. Dining area with glass doors leading directly into the garden. Ground floor: living room, 3 seater sofa, 3 armchairs, window seat with views over the river. TV, Wi-Fi, books, river views. Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom. First floor: double master bedroom with river views, twin bedroom and a family bathroom.

 

Outside: Garden table, chairs and barbecue.

 

Parking: Private parking for one small/medium size car. If you're bringing  a larger vehicle you may need to park elsewhere. The Park and Ride is a good option.

Please note that there is a universal electric vehicle charging station available on site.

 

Facilities and services: WiFi connection available. Sorry no pets. Bed  linen and towels provided. (Beach towels not supplied.) Arr/Dep. For weekly bookings is Saturday. Short breaks available in low and mid season. Just a Few  doors to  the nearest pub. Sea views. Woodburner. Garden. No smoking. Private parking. 4 star rating.

Security deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
