- This apartment is situated in a family-friendly complex and so does not permit more than four adults (plus children, not exceeding the maximum occupancy) in each apartment. Working groups are also not permitted for the same reason, and so in booking this property you acknowledge and understand these terms.
Apartment 4 is a modern apartment situated a stones throw away from the rolling sand dunes and blue flag beach at Dawlish Warren. This spacious apartment sleeps 4 with 2 bedrooms (one with ensuite) and has an open plan kitchen/living/diner area with excellent facilities. It boasts a fully enclosed balcony with views stretching across the landscape towards the sea where you can unwind with a glass of wine after exploring the nearby 18 hole golf course as well as a 500 acre Nature Reserve, perfect for catching a glimpse of the rare birds that frequent the site. Dawlish Warren itself is a bustling seaside escape which has a carnival in August, frequent open air markets and plenty of other attractions suitable for all ages.

Bedroom 1 (With En suite): Double bed (4'6"), bedside table and wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2: Two 3' Single beds, chest of drawers wirh bedside table and wardrobe.
Family Bathroom: Bath, separate thermostatic shower, w.c., hand basin.
Outside Space: Balcony area with table and chairs provided.
Parking: 1 Space available, please be aware the parking spaces are first come first serve. There is a pay and display car park available less than 50 yards from the apartment.
Changeover day: Saturday - Arrival 3:00pm - Departure 10:00am
Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
