Two-Ways is a very stylish, modern apartment with swimming pool and large sunny garden. The apartment has one bedroom with king size and twin beds and large bathroom. The open living and dining areas are very comfortably furnished with plenty of seating for four.
Located in the quintessential village of Galmpton with its pubs and shop, Two Ways is close to Paignton, Torquay and the harbour town of Brixham, a bustling fishing port. The property offers excellent accommodation for a small family, you can even take your pets. Guests of Two-Ways have exclusive use the wonderful heated swimming pool – great for a refreshing dip after a busy day exploring the area.
If you're a couple or family looking for a very clean and spacious holiday bolthole, this one ticks the boxes. It's rare to have a property with a swimming pool so book early!
Kitchen/Living/Dining room: Kitchen: Washer/dryer, built in cooker and grill, 5 ring gas hob, slow cooker, microwave, extractor hood, 4 slot toaster and kettle, fridge freezer and an iron and ironing board. Living area: Two 2 seater sofas, large flat screen TV, books, DVD player and a selection of DVD's. Glass topped table and 4 chairs provided for dining.
Bedroom: Kingsize bed, bunk beds, 2 bedside cabinets and lamps and a wardrobe.
Bathroom: Spacious with a wall mounted light up mirror, hand basin, bidet, W.C., deep set bath, wall mounted shower and a wall mounted heated towel rail.
Outside: Two-Ways has a fabulous outside space to the front of the property with a decked area and a swimming pool - at a temperature of 30 degrees! This area receives sunshine all day.
Parking: Parking for Two-Ways is large enough for a 4x4 vehicle and is located next to the swimming pool.
Facilities and services: WiFi connection available, countryside views. Garden/courtyard. Bed linen and towels provided. (Beach towels not provided.) Arr/Dep. For weekly bookings is Saturday. Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
Two-Ways is a lovely apartment. It is stylishly appointed and well maintained. The pool and outside area are well looked after also. The location is surprisingly peaceful and yet is within walking distance of two pubs which were both friendly and pleasant. The owners were always on hand if we had needed them and seemed very pleasant and diligent. There was lots to visit in the surrounding area so it would be hard to be bored! Overall, we had a fantastic fortnight at Two-Ways and absolutely loved having our own pool (and for dog owners who have been restricted to holidaying in the UK for the last nine years, this really felt like a much needed taste of an overseas resort!). Would recommend this apartment mostly to couples or those with a baby as there is only one bedroom but otherwise, a very impressive holiday let.
We had a superb stay at Two Ways. The owners were great, on arrival the property was clean and well presented & the pool was a great bonus, which we all loved. The property is ideally situated for both walking and driving to good local attractions & the village of Galmpton is lovely and peaceful. We were sad to leave.
