Runic House, positioned perfectly to capture those glistening sea views. Architect designed by the owner and his wife, this fabulous four bedroom property boasts some of the latest, cutting edge technology with Control4 Home Automation system throughout. The owners have simply created the perfect holiday retreat with beautiful, luxurious furnishings also benefitting from a steam and sauna room. To reflect the countryside surrounding Runic House along with the coast, the property features a Sedum roof, wildflower planting and the property itself has been designed with windows at eye level to capture the view out to sea and beyond. The property boasts light, open, social living space throughout. On the top floor you'll find the open plan kitchen/dining room, at one end sits the extremely well equipped kitchen, benefitting from two dishwashers, two ovens and induction hob which can be wirelessly controlled and at the other end sits the dining area, seating eight comfortably. To ensure maximum light, a glass balustrade has been installed, looking down to the living area where the light pours in from the floor to ceiling sliding doors. From here is the balcony with outdoor dining table and good sized gas barbeque. 

Only five minutes walk and you're in the heart of this quaint traditional fishing village. Hope Cove benefits from two sandy beaches, harbour, good food pub, chic cafe bar, two restaurants, art gallery and village shop. It also proudly sits on the South West Coast Path, for those keen walkers, it will be hard to resist exploring this part of South Devon on foot with plenty of gorgeous views to be enjoyed. Head west to South Milton Sands and enjoy a spot of lunch at the famous Beach House, whilst watching the sun set. The popular coastal town of Salcombe is only five miles away, where an array of water sports can be endured, along with many dining experiences to be enjoyed with friends and family.
