This property has been generously decorated with luxury furnishings throughout as well as being in one of Kingswear's best spots. It is just a stones throw away from the passenger and car ferries that operate throughout the day bridging the gap between Kingswear and Dartmouth. In Dartmouth You will find an eclectic mix of Cafes, Bars and Restaurants as well as the bustling Marina.

Lower Ground Floor: 2 bathrooms (1 with bath, separate shower and WC, 1 with shower and WC) Bed 4: 3 single beds, Bed 5: Super king size bed. Bed 6: 1 single bed. Access to balcony from 2 bedrooms (seating provided).

2nd Lower Ground Floor: Open plan kitchen/living/dining area, fridge, freezer, microwave, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, WC, dining table for 10, 55" Smart TV, Wifi, large patio with multi level terraces, bowling green, direct water access via the moorings, open fire.

NOTE: This stunning property is located on the water front so children must be to be supervised at all times.

Please be aware Beacon Road, the road that approaches Ravenswell is 6'6" wide therefore, most cars do not fit down this road. Please approach this road at your own risk.This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Reviews

Stunning views from Ravenswell across the River Dart estuary to Dartmouth Castle. Could sit on the patio for hours watching the yachts and other boats coming and going. We travelled to Kingswear by train so only a short walk from Steam Railway station, but would not suit anyone with more than one car, as parking would be a problem.

Excellent holiday. Breathtaking views from most of the rooms. Cottage is amazing and Everything in the cottage is well planned and excellent quality . Easy to get around . Loved every minute of our break. Thank you for this amazing experience
