This well presented, spacious detached four bedroom holiday home sleeps 9, perfect for a get together with family or friends. Driftwood House sits in an enviable elevated position overlooking historical Dartmouth with fabulous views over the River Dart and to the Britannia Naval College.

Driftwood House has undergone extensive refurbishment and offers very comfortable accommodation, a great base for getting out and about and exploring Dartmouth and surrounding towns and beaches.

Dartmouth has something for everyone… The quay is popular for crabbing (one of the best places around so we're told!). Passenger and car ferries criss cross the river to Kingswear for easy access to Torbay and Paignton Zoological Conservation Park. Visit Greenway, former holiday home of the crime writer, Agatha Christie, now owned by the National Trust. Stroll out to Dartmouth Castle, at the mouth of the River Dart or explore the narrow streets lined with stylish shops, cafes and restaurants.

You can of course, just take it easy and relax in the beautiful gardens and balconies, a real feature of the property. The views are stunning and the perfect spot to relax with a glass of wine after a busy day… You are on holiday after all!

Dartwood House is a perfect retreat for a large family and is ideal for all year round holidaying because of the fabulous view up the River Dart towards Totness from every room in the property. It is comfortable and spacious. Whatever the weather it is a stunning view. During the summer months you can get away from the crowds and sit peacefully on your balcony taking in the sights and just watch everyone pottering about on the river. I would highly recommend it.
