Stylish and contemporary, Sunglow oozes coastal style with wrap around deck to two sides of the cottage offering plenty of outdoor dining space. The partly covered verandah provides welcome shade during the summer months, a lovely spot to relax with a book and a glass of wine. The recent renovations include a newly fitted kitchen and modern bathroom, both really great spaces with top quality fixtures and fittings.
The views from the deck are far reaching up and down the river and across the Dartmouth and the Royal Naval College. The large bay window in the living room lets the light flood in and the woodburning stove perfect to take the chill off the cooler evenings.
The cottage is just a walk away from both the car and passenger ferries so it's easy to pop across the river to Dartmouth and spend a few hours browsing the shops and stopping for lunch. Alternatively, Kingswear itself is well worth a wander, with pubs, shop, cafes and restaurants on the doorstep.
Sunglow offers very comfortable accommodation for four with two Kingsize bedrooms – perfect for a family or two couples looking to indulge in a little luxurious living.
This really is an outstanding holiday cottage so be sure to book early!
