The Hayloft is a charming one bedroom, mid-terraced barn conversion set within Rowden Court, former Grade II listed farm buildings. Set only one mile away from the picturesque, estuary village of Noss Mayo and half a mile from Stoke Beach and the stunning South West Coast Path. 

Recently renovated throughout, The Hayloft offers a stylish and comfortable feel and benefits from an spacious, open-plan Kitchen/Living/Dining Room on the first floor. From the entrance hall, there is a double bedroom and spacious shower room. Stairs lead up to the first floor, where the white painted high vaulted ceiling, instantly welcomes you. The property is full of character and charm, with many original features still prominent. The properties within Rowden Court are able to enjoy 1.5 acres of shared landscaped gardens, barbeque area, tennis court and games/laundry room. 

The twin villages of Newton Ferrers and Noss Mayo (known as Newton and Noss) straddle a lovely creek surrounded by woodland on the beautiful Yealm Estuary. A delightful combination of friendly village atmosphere and amenities with a beautiful estuary location. Perfect for messing about in or on the water, or enjoying a drink at one of the delightful waterside pubs. Newton Ferrers also features a Butcher, Chemist, Post Office, Convenience Store, Cafe and Yacht Club. Not forgetting its famous Regatta which takes place every August.

We enjoyed staying here, right in between Noss Mayo village and the coast. Lots of places to visit within 30-45 minutes drive.
