Bidwell Brook in Paignton is located in a quiet residential area with all local amenities surrounding, including a local store, pub and bus stop which gives connections to the whole of the English Riviera. Paignton boasts many family oriented places to visit, such as its zoo, splashway, parks as well as some of Devon's finest and safest beaches for swimming. Goodrington Sands Beach is walkable from the property (approx 1 mile) with a promenade and long sandy stretch of golden sands with many water sporting activities available for all ages. Visit the Dartmouth Steam Railway, a 6-7 mile journey through to Kingswear and is of great heritage and splendid views. Bidwell Brook is a spacious level bungalow with ramped access. Having sleep for 5 in three bedrooms and a family bathroom as well as a separate wc, this property is great for guests to spend quality time together or adventure out and explore the whole of the beautiful Torbay area.

Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Friday.This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
