Meadowside offers lovely, well presented holiday accommodation for four. This spacious two bedroom apartment is in the sought after Goodrington area of Paignton and has fabulous views overlooking the rooftops and surrounding countryside. Outside, there's a pretty decked patio area with table chairs and parasol, a lovely spot to sit and relax over breakfast and a coffee.
This popular holiday apartment is in a great location… just a few minutes walk away from the shops, restaurants and Goodrington Sands, a fabulous long stretch of sands, very popular with families. Paignton is just a short drive away, visit Paignton Zoo and learn about wildlife conservation efforts and see endangered species, including rhino. The popular seaside towns of Brixham and Torquay on the English Riviera are also close at hand.

Bathroom: Ensuite bathroom with shower unit, basin and WC. The ensuite shower-room located off the double bedroom also serves the twin bedroom. This is the only WC and bathroom facility at the property.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
Ideally situated for touring around the Torbay area. Comfortable, very clean and has ample, level parking for two cars. The views from the panorama window in the lounge are spectacular. Excellent communication with the owners. We will certainly use this property again.
