This spacious bungalow, set in a very pleasant, large-level garden plot, is situated in the popular residential area of Preston in Paignton. There is a good selection of local shops just next door, as well as others within a mile nearby Preston Sands Beach. Enter the bungalow and find a kitchen/diner with a modern theme. It’s a great family base to gather and enjoy a holiday meal together. The comfortable and spacious living room has a blue coastal theme throughout allowing you to relax into your holiday. This room has a Smart TV . There is also a bookshelf with a selection of books for you to explore throughout your holiday. The bedrooms comprise a double bedroom and a bedroom that contains a double bed and a child size bunk bed set (perfect for families with young children). There is one bathroom at the property. Accessed via the kitchen, the property has a delightful sun lounge/conservatory with patio furniture, which provides a beautiful spot to eat in warmer weather. This then leads onto a large lawned rear garden which is perfect for children and pets who want to run around.

There is excellent woodland walking just 200 metres away which is ideal for exercising the family pet. The town centre and the excellent choice of beaches at Preston and Paignton are all within 1.5 miles, and Occombe Farm is less than a mile away and offers a great family day out with a children's play area and other activities. Other great days out include Paignton Zoo, Paignton Geoplay Park, Paignton Pier and Splashdown Quaywest, all within 3.5 miles.

Very lovely property in a fantastic location to both Paignton and Torquay and other local holiday spots. Beautiful sea views as you descend down in to Preston Down. Very well stocked local convenience store next door. Property is very comfortable inside and very tastefully decorated with all essential kitchen equipment provided.
