Above Deck is a well thought out and spacious three bedroom holiday home in a quiet area of Paignton. The property is reverse level, sitting in a cul de sac location with glimpses of the sea.
Set in a convenient location within easy reach of Paignton’s amenities… the pier, harbour side and beachfront, shops, cafes and restaurants are close by. There's so much to offer visitors in this fabulous area of South Devon too – Paignton Zoo is an excellent educational and fun day out for all the family. Make a splash at Quay West water park or catch a ferry across the River Dart to Dartmouth, explore the town or visit Woodlands Adventure Park, with water rides, soft play and adventure areas for children (and adults) of all ages.
Alternatively, you could spend your days on the beach, swim, relax and picnic on the sands… the choice is yours!
This large 'upside down home’ offers lovely holiday accommodation for a family of 6 or a group of friends and with plenty of activities nearby, you can be as active or chilled as you like… it's your holiday!

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
